What we do at THCF is not just about exercise. It's a different perspective on health and fitness. We believe physical movement, nutrition, sleep, hydration, etc. are all pieces of a larger puzzle that if in alignment equal a better version of you. Mental/Physical health and fitness belong in a category of lifelong pursuits. You never want to stop moving toward becoming a better you, so our goal is to equip you with everything you need to fight that never-ending battle toward excellence.

 

Detail Oriented Coaching

Our training methodology is multifaceted. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our class sizes are small and we typically have multiple coaches on hand at any given time of the day. Our goal is to ensure that everyone is getting their needs met. All staff members are continuously undergoing continuing education, in-house training and constant reviews in order to ensure the best possible instruction. We pride ourselves on honing our craft and knowing our people in order to deliver the best version of Crossfit you can find in any gym or box.
 

Comprehensive Training/Programming

We provide classes throughout the day 6-days a week and open gym 80+ hours a week. Our classes are of course highly varied, functional, etc. but also include injury prevention and detailed technical development. We train extremely hard, so we also put a great deal of time and effort into mitigating injuries and correcting dysfunctions. Aside from our standard CrossFit classes throughout the day, we also have "standalone" programs which allow athletes focus on strength, olympic lifting, gymnastics, conditioning and competition.
